Role Summary
Perform site janitorial duties, and general laborer duties as required. Assist with site clean-up, painting, and minor maintenance.
Main Responsibilities | Activities
• Maintains offices, restrooms, dry’s, and lunchrooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Operates vacuums, floor cleaning tools, mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment.
• May be required to operate snow blowers, lawn mowers and weed trimmers
• Performs or assists with minor facilities maintenance needs.
• Performs routine cleanup of required areas.
• Completes daily Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, daily inspections of work area and corrects any potential haz-ards.
• May be required to train or assist in training of others.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Education, Qualifications and Experience
• Previous industrial janitorial, laborer, and small mobile equipment experience preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required.

• Only use equipment you are trained to use and operate the equipment in a way that is safe, protects the environment and doesn’t cause undue community impacts.
• Participate in HSEC training provided to them
• Report all incidents; including but not limited to injuries, near miss, community interactions and impacts, environmental impacts, spills, unsafe work practices, etc.
