Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of materials in the Computer Maintenance Management System, verifying their availability and providing systems training for users.

Main Responsibilities | Activities

•    Create BOMs in SAP for all Mobile Equipment
•    Create MM load sheets for warehouse parts into SAP
•    Assist in setting up maintenance parts in the warehouse
•    Attend weekly mining contractor maintenance planning meeting
•    Enter and manage SAP requisitions for mobile maintenance services 
•    Provide SAP training for Eagle and contract employees on software such as Prometheus, Personas, SAP and SharePoint
•    Create and modify Preventative Maintenance Work Orders and help to build weekly maintenance schedule to meet equipment / shop requirements and help to maintain / manage backlog
•    Provide all Document Control for mine and mill equipment
•    Coordinate Maintenance employee training for mine and mill
•    Enter equipment hours into equipment availability load sheets
•    Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Qualifications and Experience

•    Associates Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems (CIS) or related discipline preferred
•    Logistics and/or maintenance inventory experience preferred
•    Maintenance management training preferred
•    Computer literate and proficiency with common Word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and database software
•    General knowledge and understanding of basic purchasing, logistics and accounting concepts required
•    Knowledge of products within mining industry preferred
•    Knowledge of SAP preferred

•    Report all incidents; including but not limited to injuries, near miss, community interactions and impacts, environmental impacts, spills, unsafe work practices, etc.
